The pre-Diwali bash thrown by Anirudh Baheti was quite a hit as it went on till the wee hours with spirited guests pouring in even till 6:30 in the morning! The get-together gave Jaipurites a chance to chill out with their friends and relatives whom they do not get to meet often due to hectic routines. Its a wonderful chance for me to meet my friends and relatives whom I havent met since a long time.
Since Diwali is soon approaching, its a great way to prepare oneself for the upcoming celebrations, shared Baheti.
The guests relished some cool mock tails and cocktails served by female bartenders specially brought from Delhi to exhibit their super cool juggling acts. My guests are loving being served by female jugglers since its very rare that you come across them in Jaipur. Women are courteous by nature and its heartening that they are utilising their skills by making a mark in professions that were earlier considered a taboo, said Baheti.
Family friend Sujata Poddar who was seen having a great time unwinding with her pals said, It is quite a different sort of gathering as generation is no bar here. You have people of all age groups, right from the grandmas to the grandkids. Very rarely does the whole family get a chance to celebrate festivities together.
